String, woodwind, brass, and percussion instrumentalists, ages 7-18, who are interested in advancing their musical skills, are invited to audition for membership in Oakland Youth Orchestras (OYO).
OYO is a premier Detroit Metro Youth Orchestra that serves over 350 students in grades two through twelve from Oakland, Genesee, Macomb, Wayne, Sanilac, St. Clair and Lapeer counties. Merit and financial-need scholarships are available.
Audition signup for the 2021-2022 season is currently available on our website under Join OYO and Auditions. Auditions will be offered virtually via Zoom video.
