Audition Application Instructions

Welcome to the 2024 Oakland Youth Orchestras Audition Sign-up Process.
The next pages will guide you through the audition sign-up and allow you to schedule your specific audition date and time when completed.
Auditions will be held in person at Oakland University this year.
Please check your confirmation email for details.
During your audition sign-up we ask for several pieces of information. Please have the following information available before you begin:
- Home address, parent/legal guardian email addresses, student email address (if available), home phone, cell phone numbers or emergency numbers
- School name, address, phone number, instructor name (band, orchestra, general music)
- Private teacher name, address, phone number, email address
- Headshot photo in jpeg format (to aid conductors in identifying students)
Once this information is entered you will be able to select an audition date and time that works best for your schedule from the available audition dates.
Once you commit to an audition time YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RESCHEDULE, so please make sure you will be able to audition at the time you select before you click on a time slot.
For your security, we will not store any of your personal information until you have selected a time for your audition.
